How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Support the Employee Engagement project team with: Identifying and completing applications through partnering with Inclusion & Diversity and Environmental, Health, and Safety teams
- Other internal and external branding initiatives
- Support Head of HR with action planning from recent employee engagement survey
- Evaluate, compare, and contrast the different incentive plans and provide a recommendation
- Support various process designs
- Other projects and tasks
- Pursing bachelor’s or master’s degree with a focus on Human Resources, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Psychology, Business, or similar.
- Rising sophomore or junior, or grad student
- Advanced computer skills with MS Office (word, excel, power point); Office 365 preferred
- Demonstrates a high level of skill in effectively communicating, both verbally and in writing
- Demonstrate innovation and forward-thinking aptitude through previous school projects, employment, or extracurricular activities
- Experience with speaking publicly in front of small and large groups
- Applicants must have a minimum of a 3.2 GPA and have relevant prior work experience
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
