How You’ll Make An Impact
- Manage and process change orders, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and timely updates.
- Gather and analyze data using Microsoft tools (Excel, Power BI) and SAP to track and report change order status.
- Serve as a central point of contact for change order inquiries, ensuring data accuracy and integrity in all reporting.
- Monitor trends, generate insights, and communicate findings to management to support strategic decisions.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to optimize change order management efficiency.
- Perform other related tasks assigned by management to support the overall objectives of the team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred OR equivalent experience.
- 3 years of proven experience in order management, change order processing, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with SAP systems.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
