A Snapshot of Your Day Managing the production team members. Supervising the production process making sure products are produced safely ensuring the highest quality and timeliness and with a commitment to process improvement and business initiatives including Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing. Will coordinate all production employees, safety, scheduling assignments, line balancing, evaluation and control of build, monitoring of fulfillment of customer production and quality requirements, control of scrap and rework, efficiency, application of overtime, and documentation of these activities. How You'll Make an Impact
- Leading and developing a team of hourly employees on work assignments
- Coaching and mentoring hourly employees to grow with assigned work experiences
- Execute jobs priorities with the planning and technical support team.
- Identify issues with product flow and resolve with the assistance of the technical support team
- Manage Productivity of the hourly team to ensure product movement and schedule requirements
