As a Training Lead, you will play a vital role in developing training programs and enhancing the technical skills of professionals within our organization. Your expertise in all aspects associated with establishing and maintaining high quality of training will empower others to excel in their roles.How You’ll Make an ImpactOversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training materials, including manuals, presentations, and e-learning content focused on transformer operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting by collaborating cross functionally with internal teams and external partners to identify training needs and align programs with organizational goals.Enhance all training programs to be compliant with industry standards, safety regulations, and organizational policies, allowing training content to stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements within Grid Technology industryAct as a change agent to proactively derive new opportunities for Training and develop trusted relationships with internal customers and external partners to ensure increased customer satisfaction. Ensure the availability of adequate resources in terms of training staff, materials & equipment. Day-to-day supervision of trainers, training partners, training plan and contentEnsure up-to-date certification and licensing from approved Technical Societies and Certification Bodies in alignment with quality objectivesEstablish apprenticeship schemes, training curricula and development programs meeting the organizational needs and while living a culture of continuous learning by promoting best practices in training and developmentIdentify funding opportunities for training initiatives and explore partnerships with educational institutions or industry organizationsWhat You BringProven experience as a trainer with curriculum development, that has a deep understanding of grid systems, renewable energy, and / or related technologies.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable speaking to groups and explaining sophisticated concepts.Good leadership skills with ability to supervise trainers, oversee facilities and manage key stakeholdersStrong time-management skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.Bachelors degree in related field or minimum of 8-12 years of experience in change management, curriculum development, and / or training leadApplicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
