How You’ll Make An Impact
- Analyze warehouse operations and identify areas for improvement in inventory accuracy, space utilization, and process efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse processes, including inventory control, material handling, and order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, production, and quality control, to ensure seamless operations.
- Conduct regular audits and root cause analysis to identify and resolve discrepancies in inventory.
- Assist in the development and implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technology solutions. Provide training and conduct root cause analysis to solve inventory discrepancies.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, not required.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Knowledge of lean and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
