How To Contribute To Our Vision
We are looking for the role who can Designs and/or coordinates the implementation of SGRE EHS guidelines and processes at Virtual Plant.
Your Responsibilities Will Consist Of
- Engage and promote Siemens Gamesa HSE culture at Virtual Plant
- Ensure legal and internal compliance during the preparation of the operational phase and ensure external and internal compliance after start of production and ongoing.
- Focus on implementation and stabilization of administrative HSE procedures.
- Support and review Virtual Plant’s risk management, and Incident management processes.
- Perform and review basic incident investigations, support the advance accident investigation.
- Provide competent EHS advice to all management and employees where required.
- Monitoring and reporting Virtual Plant KPIs in system (i.e., PowerBI)
- Report Virtual Plant EHS case into SGRE system (i.e., Enablon) Perform HSE inspection as well as the participation in the audit and follow-up on potential findings.
- Conduct relevant HSE trainings and Info-Session in regard to HSE information material and communication
