Position Overview

- Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.
- Relocation may be offered for this role should it be necessary.
- Ensures implementation and improvement of the quality part of the Integrated Management System (including process management) for the respective production unit according to the quality strategy and respective local regulations.
- Ensures adherence to Production Quality Assurance related processes and procedures, and oversees related operational and/or supportive activities, with specific operation teams assigned.
- Implements the specific quality programs within his organization and monitors the effectiveness of these programs.
- Contributes to product safety activities.
- Ensures the production quality reporting.
- Contributes to budget planning processes.
- Ensures qualification and competences of production employees with regards to quality.
- Leads a production quality team. Prioritizes and assigns tasks to team members and checks progress of agreed transactions and workflows.
- Manages Quality-related activities with involved internal and external parties.
- A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
- A minimum of 10% travel required with the position.
- Acts as an escalation point of contact for production quality issues.
- Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States. Qualified applicants will not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
Preferred Knowledge, Education, Experience And Skills
- 4 years of working experience into Quality Reporting.
- Bachelors Degree would be preferred.
