Apply nowfor the position of Customer Care Coordinator / Planner, and you will support a customer care center team.
Your role :
- You workin our customer contact center
- You answerincoming phone calls and interact with field personnel and external customers
- Yourespond to incoming inquiries and requests regarding medical equipment
- You workwith the field engineers and customers to dispatch and schedule service events
- You managecompeting priorities while achieving key performance indicators and maintaininga high level of quality
Your expertise :
- Minimum of2-5 years of experience in a customer related role in a fast- paced environment(healthcare or medical device industry preferred)
- Associatesdegree or equivalent experience
- Good PCskills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
- Ability toprofessionally investigate and respond to requests in a timely manner
- Ability tomulti-task and excel in a fast-paced team environment
- Strongcommunication skills and are adaptable to change
LOCATION : Cary, NC - HYBRID
Hours of Operation : Tuesday - Saturday; 8am 5pm Eastern Zone
