As a leader in the industry, we aspire to create better outcomes and experiences for patients no matter where they live or what health issues they are facing.The Territory Sales Manager, Ultrasound is focused on ultrasound sales, including Point of Care, Women's Health and General Imaging in hospitals and Clinics in one of the country's most dynamic and innovative healthcare areas.Your role : Achieve business objectives for assigned territory (for example, penetration of account with product / solution / service offerings)May identify, develop and manage channel partners to achieve channel goalsGuides the development and execution of strategic account plans to ensure achievement of assigned business goalsDevelops, builds and cultivates long-term relationships with key management within the customer organizationAssists management in devising sales plans and strategies, may develop forecasts, budgets and operating plans for sales channelsMay lead team reviews and updates of account plan based on changing market, customer conditions, and competitive activityYour expertise : BS / BA in related discipline or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experienceVery good presentation skills in the customer environment and show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientationAbility to develop an understanding of product knowledge on all product lines.High degree of business acumenAbility to influence without authority and collaborate across all levels of an organization (internal and external).6 years in a healthcare field sales with 3 years in capital equipment, specific experience selling imaging or diagnostic ultrasoundProfessional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Professional Selling Skills, Miller-Heiman, etc.Experience working with sales quotas, forecastingSuccessful track record of meeting and exceeding sales goalsSuccess with shorter, high transactional sales cycles idealThe pay range for this position in the is $62,400-$93,600 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is $130,000.
