The Head of US Marketing for POC Diagnostics is a pivotal role within our marketing team, responsible for leading market positioning, marketing programs, and developing the US market strategy to drive sales growth and achieve income objectives for our Point-of-Care (POC) diagnostics portfolio. This role will also have direct reports, managing a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Min $192,800 - Max $289,200

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance market positioning and drive sales growth for POC diagnostics in the US.
- Lead the creation and implementation of marketing programs, campaigns, and initiatives to support product launches and market penetration.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of current trends, technologies, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape within the POC testing market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product management, and R&D to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Cultivate and sustain enduring relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful execution of marketing plans.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in sciences, business management, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 8 years of successful product marketing/commercial experience in the in-vitro diagnostics industry, with extensive knowledge and proven experience in blood gas testing.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the POC testing market, including current trends, technologies, regulatory environment, and competitive landscape.
- Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills; strong leadership and team management abilities; excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the healthcare or diagnostics industry.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
