Performs functionally specialized administration tasks.
Your Role
- You will execute daily batch record reconciliation within the Finished Product production area and serve as a backup to other reconcilers within the organization.
- You will utilize and execute daily transactions with the SAP environment.
- You will execute routing, bill of materials, material usage variance, and scrap factor investigations within the Finished Product area and create change submissions in SAP.
- You will investigate production schedule upsets, maintain status reports, and production schedules with Microsoft Excel.
- You will communicate cross functionally via Microsoft Outlook and Teams and support Quality and Safety incident investigations.
- You will support continuous improvement and productivity initiatives within the Finished Product production area.
- Demonstrate basic knowledge of a specialty area. Typically, 2-5 years of successful experience in an area of responsibility and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrate abilities working with production documentation and shift communications, knowledge of Siemens Healthineers Quality system and expertise working within the SAP environment.
- Reconciler role. Preferred candidate has experience in the Siemens Healthineers Finished Product production environment.
- Demonstrate good PC skills (MS Office software like Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams).
- You will be working with our latest technology and therefore you are willing to learn about new software and hardware solutions.
- Demonstrate good presentation skills in the customer environment, and show team orientation, communication skills and customer orientation.
