Acts as Change Coach out of the HPS Central Department. Supports and Coaches several SHS units to implement HPS and coordinate transition activities in the units. Creates, derives and implements HPS strategy, guidelines, standards and new methods and continuously initiates, supports and coaches cross-functional HPS Activities and structural optimizations to support the operational & strategic business of the organizations assigned.

As a Senior Agile Coach/Consultant, you will partner with key stakeholders across portfolio/product management, research & development, service, and other functions to co-create tailored Agile approaches that deliver measurable value.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek and win coaching engagements within the organization to drive Agile adoption and transformation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, guiding them in understanding the benefits of Agile and supporting their Agile transformation journeys.
  • Coach teams, managers, leaders, and executives on adopting and sustaining Agile principles, methods, and behaviors.
  • Train, mentor, and coach Agile roles, including Agile Coaches, Scrum Masters, Product Owners.
  • Define and implement Agile metrics; assess current practices and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Organize and promote impactful Agile events such as Agile Talks, Agile Coffees, Conferences, Communities of Practice (CoPs), and Agile community-building initiatives.
  • Develop and curate training and workshop materials (templates, playbooks) and create engaging content for social media, blogs, and internal communication channels.
  • Facilitate training sessions and interactive workshops on Agile principles, advanced practices, frameworks, and role-specific skills, including Scaled Agility.
  • Support enterprise-wide practices using tools such as Azure DevOps (e.g., dependency boards, Kanban systems) to improve transparency and flow.
  • Continuously identify, mentor, and grow a community of internal Agile Coaches.
  • Collaborate on evolving the Agile transformation strategy and execution roadmap.

Qualifications

  • A university degree in leadership and organizational development, innovation management, a technical discipline, or a related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, eXtreme Programming (XP), SAFe, and Flight Levels (SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) certification is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies in hardware development and Lean principles.
  • Business-level proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as an Agile Coach, including enterprise-level coaching.

  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.

The pay range for this position is $135,000 - $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
