Our Electrical Products business unit is looking for a competent software content creation and user training expert with proven record, who will shape and drive our software content strategy. This position will focus on product quotation and design software types such as configure price quote (CPQ) and building information modeling (BIM). We expect to see candidates who can impress us with their knowledge about creating effective content to train users on new software features or workflows.
You will make impact with the following responsibilities :
- Content Creation : Develop clear, concise, and engaging content for software feature releases, including release notes, user guides, FAQs, and blog posts.
- User Training : Design and produce training materials such as tutorials, webinars, video demonstrations, and interactive courses to help users understand and utilize new software features.
- Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX / UI designers to gather information about new features and ensure accurate and comprehensive content.
- Documentation : Maintain and update existing documentation to reflect the latest software updates and enhancements.
- Feedback Integration : Collect and analyze user feedback to continuously improve content quality and relevance.
- Content Strategy : Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals and user needs.

The pay range for this position is $67,480 - $115,680. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
