Compensation:
- Starting wage range is $20.00 - $26.00 per hour depending on experience
- PTO available after 7 days
- Overtime premiums paid over 40 hours worked in a week.
- Double time pay for time worked on Sundays.

JOB SUMMARY
Under general supervision, performs preventive maintenance and repairs on building, equipment, machinery and grounds. To maintain and repair all physical aspects of the plant while observing and participating in all Safety, Sanitation, and Quality requirements of Siemer Milling Co. Will be required to participate in continuing training and education on job related knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Individual must excel in respect, trust and responsibility, striving for continuous improvement, commitment to excellence.
- Individual’s skillset must include but not limited to electrical repair and troubleshooting, electronics and PLC and automated control system troubleshooting, installations, welding, use of many types of hand tools, planning and layout, mechanical applications, and fabrication. Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
- High school diploma or GED required, with the ability to read, write and perform mathematics. In addition, an associate’s degree or certificate in industrial maintenance or related field, plus 1 years of prior experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required to work with internal and external customers.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and climb ladders.
- Able to maneuver uneven terrain.
- Must be detail oriented
- Ability to ride a manlift and frequently utilize stairs in a seven story mill.
- Must be able to read blue prints.
HOURS
Monday- Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. with rotating on-call schedule, weekends and overtime as needed.
