What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Production position at SIEMER MILLING COMPANY?
WAGE RANGE:
$15.00 per hour starting rate
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Individual will work in the elevator, as well as other departments as needed. Requires physical cleaning of plant and grounds to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Must ensure one’s own safety as well as that of co-workers. Must work closely with fellow employees and outside employees to complete job tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Individual must excel in: respect, trust, and responsibility, striving for continuous improvement, commitment to excellence. Must have High School Diploma or GED. Must be Eighteen (18) years or older. Ability to climb up and work on tops of trailers, railcars, elevator bin tops and work from aerial/scissor lifts without fear of heights, which might hinder job performance. Moderate arm strength enabling to lift and move wooden skid or pallets and bags of flour up to 50 pounds. Must be good at detail type work of a repetitive nature, can work indoors or outdoors, be on feet for long periods of time and have good communication skills.
