About the Role – Bar Server!

At Siempre Natural, our Bar Servers are the artisans of efficiency, freshness, and flavor! As a Bar Server you will play a critical role in providing the colorful and flavorful presentation of menu items. A true artist! The Bar Server is responsible for preparing aguas frescas, smoothies, fruit cocktails, yogurts, salads, and other menu items. The Bar Server must be able to prepare custom orders and present them in a pleasing and fresh way to appeal to the senses! The Bar Server is also responsible for setting up workstations and performing basic cooking duties. Their duties include the preparation of menu items and ingredients, organizing and labeling food items in the refrigerator/freezers, performing tasks like chopping and mixing ingredients, and sanitizing their workstation. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· As any true artist, set up and sanitize the work area and equipment for creating culinary delights.

· Prepare ingredients to be used in menu items, everything counts!

· Wash, peel, and cut ingredients in accordance with proper food handling requirements and for the perfect presentation.

· Mix ingredients and prepare menu items according to our recipes and standards. Result = Magnifique!

· Set up and serve menu items/meals creating anticipation of yum!

· Set up, label, stock, and transfer all necessary supplies and ingredients in their proper place and ensure they are easily accessible.

· Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in the kitchen/work area that reflects pride and respect, including dishes, utensils, and trays, e.g. wash trays and cooking equipment, clean floors, sanitize countertops, sanitize cutting boards, and maintain all areas to health code standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by making sure all waste is removed and the surfaces are sanitized at the end of the work shift and/or day. Start fresh and end fresh!

• Collaborate with the team to ensure the best guest and employee experience. We are talking next level!
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to a tee.

· Perform other duties as assigned by management.

About You!
