Part Time $16.50 - $20.00 Thursday - Sunday 4 : 00 PM to 9 : 00 PM

Siena Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a Generations Healthcare facility, is a Skilled Nursing Facility with a secured STP Unit that specializes in the treatment of clients with psychiatric diagnoses. Our residents have a primary diagnosis of mental illness, and some have varying degrees of physical ailments. Our facility provides a transition from acute-care psychiatric treatment to a residential setting. Position Overview :
The primary role of the Activities Assistant position is to plan, coordinate and implement engaging, entertaining, and therapeutic activity programs to meet the residents' needs. Development and evaluation of recreational, social, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual programs, in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan, along with specific clinical programming addressing behavioral needs and as directed by supervisors.
Essential Duties (include but are not limited to) :
- Planning and implementation of daily activities and holiday events for Residents.
- Completion of monthly calendar of events.
- Oversight and facilitation of facility Marketplace store.
- Regulatory Compliance.
