Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in various settings, including inpatient and outpatient facilities.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes in condition.
- Assist with catheter care and cardiac catheterization procedures when necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Perform assessments on patients’ health status, including physical examinations and medical history reviews.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as needed.
Requirements
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and nursing best practices.
- Experience in acute care, geriatrics, outpatient services, or assisted living is preferred.
- Skills in infant care are a plus.
- Proficiency in catheter care techniques is desirable.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on patient education and support.
- Willingness to participate in ongoing professional development and training.
