Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping professional to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our facilities, ensuring that all laundry services are performed efficiently and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in a hotel or similar environment.
Duties
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English Language
- Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept
- Must possess the ability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and to accept constructive criticism when circumstances warrant such actions
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies / personnel, and the general public
- Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served
- Must possess the ability and the willingness to work harmoniously with other personnel
- Must possess the ability to display patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as be willing to handle residents based on whatever maturity level they are currently functioning
- Must possess the ability to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing practices
- Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace
- Must be able to complete all other tasks as assigned by the Administrator, Director of Nursing, or designee
Experience
- Previous experience in housekeeping services, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- A commitment to providing exceptional service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
