Il Tetto at Sienna Mercato is hiring experienced high-volume bartenders!
Bartenders are expected to perform the following duties:
- Provide a gracious level of service to guests to support a high quality dining expectation.
- Follow all alcohol and non-alcohol service rules and regulations.
- Pre-shift meetings, shift preparation, service and closing duties as assigned.
- Ensure the high standard of cleanliness is met in assigned work area.
- Become proficient with all procedure manuals, computer system technology and systems administration of the restaurant.
- Check weekly posted shift schedules and complying with Standards of Attendance.
- Be efficient, fast and serve with confidence and flair.
- Maintain effective communication with co-workers and managers.
- Follow instructions from management staff or any designee of management staff.
- Work in a team setting when required.
- Work independently when required.
- Be knowledgeable on all food and beverage promotions.
- Be knowledgeable of food and beverage menu items and routine beverages ordered by guests.
- Must be able to complete basic math skills as related to completing guest's cash transactions.
- Posses basic math skills as it relates to the completion of financial transactions for guests.
- Any other duties that may be assigned.
