As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a highly organized and passionate Catering Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our event offerings.
Position Overview:
The Catering Sales Manager will be responsible for marketing, managing and overseeing all aspects of the catering process, from the initial inquiry to the final delivery. This includes marketing the catering business, coordinating with clients, the kitchen team, and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless execution of events. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a knack for organization, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Market the catering business to bring in new customers as well as focusing on repeat buisness.
- Coordinate and manage catering orders and events, including meetings, weddings, corporate functions, and private parties.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and tailor catering services accordingly.
- Create detailed event timelines, menus, and budget plans.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure food quality, presentation, and service meet company standards.
- Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown.
- Manage client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
- Maintain inventory of catering supplies and ensure all necessary items are available for events.
- Handle client billing, invoicing, and payments.
Requirements
- Proven experience in catering or event coordination, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexible and willing to work evenings and weekends as required.

Hourly Rate PLUS COMMISSION
