Job Description:
The Food Truck Manager will be responsible for the daily operations of our food truck, including food preparation, customer service, staff supervision, and logistics. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the food industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the food truck’s daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards of service.
- Manage food preparation, inventory, and supply ordering.
- Hire, train, and schedule food truck staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations.
- Coordinate with the restaurant to maintain menu consistency and quality.
- Drive the food truck to various locations and set up for service.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accurate accounting.
- Monitor and maintain the food truck’s equipment and cleanliness.
- Promote the food truck through social media and local events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food service management, preferably in a food truck or fast-paced restaurant.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
