Position Title: Senior SAP Analyst

Location: Remote

Security Clearance: Top Secret

Position Description: The Senior SAP Analyst will support NAVSUP’s supply chain modernization efforts through expert consultation on SAP S4/HANA and ERP system migration. This role will provide critical analysis, process optimization, and strategic recommendations to ensure SAP implementation aligns with industry best practices and NAVSUP operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide SAP S4/HANA subject matter expertise for NAVSUP supply chain management (SCM) processes.
• Analyze and optimize enterprise and operational Navy SCM business processes.
• Develop proposals and recommendations to align NAVSUP’s ERP implementation with SAP industry best practices.
• Assess and validate new system designs presented by the ERP Program Office.
• Support system migration efforts, including data strategy development and risk mitigation.
• Ensure seamless knowledge transfer (KT) and training documentation.
• Collaborate with NAVSUP leadership and technical stakeholders to resolve ERP implementation challenges.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience:
• Minimum 8 years of experience with SAP S4/HANA implementation and configuration.
• Expertise in supply chain management (SCM), logistics, and ERP integrations within DoD or Federal environments.
• Strong background in SAP data migration and system rationalization strategies.
  
  

Clearance: Top Secret

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP SCM, MM, SD, and FI modules.
• Familiarity with DoD/NAVSUP supply chain processes.
• Ability to translate business needs into SAP technical requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Certification

• SAP S4/HANA certification required.
• CompTIA Security CE or CCNA; CySA ; GICSP; GSEC; CND; SSCP
• ITIL or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
