Siepe is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with proven expertise in managing operating systems and networking. This role demands deep proficiency in administering Windows and Linux operating systems and advanced networking capabilities, including troubleshooting IP networks, configuring firewalls, managing VPNs, and working with wireless access points. Candidates must also have extensive experience in designing, building, and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory environments.
In addition to strong technical skills, the ideal candidate will excel in automation and workflow optimization using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and PowerShell. This is a high-impact role for a professional passionate about driving innovation, ensuring scalability, and delivering secure and efficient cloud-based solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows and Linux operating systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
- Architect, build, and maintain robust Microsoft Active Directory environments across multiple sites.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex IP networking issues, including Layer 3 routing, firewall configuration, VPNs, and wireless access point management.
- Design, automate, and implement cloud infrastructure solutions using IaC tools like Terraform and PowerShell.
- Provide technical leadership in cloud deployments, workflow optimizations, and infrastructure provisioning.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in networking, cloud systems, security protocols (SAML2, SSO, IdP), and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Collaborate with senior leadership and clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Work can average 45-50 hours per week.
