Siepe is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented recruiter who is passionate about providing an exceptional candidate experience. In this role, you will own the full recruitment life cycle process – including sourcing, resume review, phone screens, interview coordination, interview debriefs, offers, and onboarding initiation. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, collaborating closely with hiring managers and looking for ways to improve Siepe’s recruiting processes.
\n- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to post job openings to internal and external job boards, ensuring accuracy and visibility.
- Proactively source candidates via social recruiting, networking, employee referral, job boards, and other creative channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple platforms (phone, video, in-person).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely updates.
- Track and analyze metrics; partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager to determine priority needs and effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the ATS, ensuring data integrity.
- Prepare offer letters and manage pre-employment activities such as background checks and reference verifications.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws and regulations, ensuring all recruiting and hiring practices adhere to legal requirements and company policies.
- Work can average 45-50 hours per week.
- 3 years of relevant corporate/agency recruiting for all organization levels and positions.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment; startup and/or agency experience is preferred.
- Experience managing and negotiating the candidate closure process.
- Previous high-volume recruitment experience preferred.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for current or future sponsorship.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever strongly preferred).
