Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine finishing processes based on project requirements.
- Produce finish samples for SAP and project stakeholders.
- Accurately document finishes, including products and processes, to ensure consistency.
- Apply stains, sealers, primers, and topcoats per established protocols.
- Maintain the finishing facility and ensure all equipment is production-ready.
- Follow LEAN strategies to enhance efficiency and reliability in finishing operations.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure finishes meet or exceed standards.
- Minimize rework by identifying and correcting flaws early in the finishing process.
- Keep a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience with spray coatings in a production facility.
- At least 1 year of experience in wood products finishing.
- Extensive knowledge of stains, sealers, primers, and topcoat finishes.
- Proficiency with HVLP, AAA, and other finishing equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to systematically produce high-quality finishes.
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining a focus on craftsmanship and precision.

Work Schedule:
- Full-Time
- Monday to Friday 7am - 3:30pm PST.
Work Location:
- Sonora, CA.
- Travel to project sites as required, with provided per diem.
- Move to area prior to starting work if needed.
