Duties
- Assist airline passengers by pushing them in wheelchairs from the gate area to the aircraft and from the aircraft to the gate area.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Skills
- Proven experience in customer service or client services roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A positive attitude with a strong commitment to providing outstanding customer support.
