We are looking for a motivated, professional Leasing Agent to join our team!
As a Leasing Agent for our 55 community, you will play a key role in maintaining the occupancy and growth of our community by assisting prospective residents with leasing inquiries, showing apartments, and ensuring a smooth and efficient leasing process. This position requires a customer-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional service to our senior residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective residents, conduct property tours, and present available units to potential tenants.
- Previous experience in leasing, sales, or property management is preferred.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when working with senior residents.
Qualifications:
- Must be an experienced Leasing specialist with current experience.
- Lease Up experience is a plus.
- Proven sales professional.
- Must have 55 activate adult senior apartment experience.
- 3 years of Yardi CRM Experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and leasing practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software.
- A compassionate and patient demeanor, especially when working with senior residents.
