Job Description:-

Essential Job Functions:

Manages functional areas and other managers or department leads in regional capability to ensure that business objectives are met.

Identifies and manages the implementation of process improvements.

Manages and develops demand forecasts with account teams on large accounts to assist functional areas or departments in planning and delivering end-to-end services. Identifies issues and recommends alternative approaches.

Works with functional areas or departments to interpret and plan projects or workload forecasts. Provides advice and counsel regarding various results.

Prepares, recommends, and oversees development of rates, operating and personnel budgets. Monitors spending for adherence to budget plans, develops, and recommends variances. Performs andor oversees budget analysis.

Manages and approves expenditures for regional capability in line with established policies and procedures.

Manages complex relationships between delivery and consumer groups to ensure good client relations. Resolves issues and determines and implements appropriate course of action.

Identifies and manages service improvements to increase customer and account satisfaction. Manages and ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.

Partners with functional areas or departments to integrate new, enhanced, and existing service offerings for accounts.

Participates in developing new business solutionsproposals and introduces new technology to enhance business solutions.

Selects and hires employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Motivates and rewards employees.

Manage or lead teams responsible for infrastructure services and oversee their daily activities.

Support in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects.

Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure systems.

Collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs.

Implement and adhere to infrastructure best practices and standards.

Act as a point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents.

Assist in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.

Participate in optimizing resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

OVERALL experience - 20 Years.

10 years of mainframe infrastructure experience as a technologist operations engineering

5 years of Mainframe Infrastructure managerial leadership with direct report managerssupervisors who have team members.

Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

Typically, 7 years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role

Proven experience in infrastructure technology management

Proficiencies in project management and technical knowledge

A continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology

Expansion of services to fill all gamut s of infrastructure-increase breadth.

Focus on project opportunities and transformation initiatives

ITIL process definitions and implementation

Automation in service delivery
