Store Manager Job Description
Store Manager: All employees on site will report to you. Your primary responsibility is to lead the team and assist the General Manager with all aspects of site operations.
What you would do:
Adapt your prior experience to the car wash industry through our management curriculum
Mentor under a General Manager to ensure your success!
Lead a team and deliver an outstanding guest experience
Grow the guest volume, driving sales, and increasing profitability for the store
Coach staff to create a positive and high energy environment that guests can feel
Train and support staff at varying levels of development
Manage daily operations, deliver consistent high-quality services and promote Sierra Car Wash within your community
Ensure the appearance of the site is of the highest standard and appealing to guests

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
