Responsibilities

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Taleo to manage candidate applications and streamline the hiring process.
- Conduct thorough research to source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Perform employee evaluations and conduct interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws during the recruitment process, including documentation and reporting requirements.
Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in the legal field.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Taleo is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations related to hiring practices.
- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and hiring managers alike.
- Demonstrated ability in research techniques for sourcing candidates across various platforms.
- General HR experience and certifications are prefered.
