Sierra Del Sol (assisted living, memory care) provides care for residents and their families all over the region, including Green Valley, Sahuarita, Vail, Nogales, Sierra Vista, and Benson.
As the Director of Sales and Marketing, you’re in charge of sales and marketing, which means you’re the first impression for most families, and it’s up to you to market Cascade’s level of hospitality and what sets us apart as a senior living provider.
What you’ll do:

Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living Group

Lead the Sales and Marketing process to meet or exceed occupancy and revenue targets

Market outside the community in a variety of ways to attract potential residents and their families to come in and tour

Achieve the necessary number of leads by following up on all inquiries and staying in constant contact with warm leads

Manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Conduct tours for prospects while on-site at the community

Develop relationships and create professional referrals with various contacts, including social workers, case managers, physicians, nurses, therapists, managers, administrators, and religious leaders.

Organizes targeted special events every month

Conducts extensive competitor analysis and tours competitor communities regularly

Promote the mission, values, and beliefs of Cascade Living Group
What we’re looking for:

Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner

Someone with at least two years experience in Sales and Marketing, ideally in the healthcare industry

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
-
Driven to achieve occupancy success by hitting monthly and quarterly move-in goals
-
Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents, and their families
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to facilitate small-group presentations
-
Have in-depth knowledge of competitors and community sources

Innovative thinker who brings new ideas to the table
-
Flexible schedule, including working weekends
-
Ownership attitude who can stay focused despite interruptions throughout the day

Computer proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite as well as the ability to learn new applications
-
Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
$62,400 - $74,880/annually Commission potential
