As the EverFit Instructor for Sierra Del Sol you will develop, modify, evaluate, and implement fitness programs for the entire campus that embrace and fulfill the physical needs and interests of the senior population living and visiting the community.

Working as the EverFit Instructor, you will: 

·         Work closely with the Life Enrichment Director, Executive Director, and staff to help evaluate current programs and implement changes

·         Provide basic fitness screening and instruction on an individual basis for residents wanting to use the fitness equipment at the community

·         Oversee cleaning and routine maintenance of community fitness equipment.

·         Maintain inventory of supplies and manages budget.

We are looking for great people that encompass: 

·         5 years of experience in the fitness industry either leading group exercise classes or a personal trainer with experience with the senior community.

·         Nationally recognized personal training certification

·         Care and compassion 

·         Open-mindedness 

·         The desire to make a difference

$15.00 - $17.00 /hour
*Depending On Experience
