We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented SAP Pre-Sales and Proposal Writer with proven experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role bridges technical expertise and business communication, helping our sales and delivery teams create compelling, accurate, and tailored proposals that win deals. Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with sales, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop high-impact pre-sales content and customer proposals.
Translate complex SAP S/4HANA and BTP solution capabilities into clear, customer-centric narratives.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs with well-structured, persuasive, and technically accurate responses.
Create proposal templates, case studies, and other reusable content assets.
Participate in solutioning discussions to understand client requirements and reflect them effectively in proposals.
Ensure consistency in messaging, branding, and quality across all deliverables.
Manage multiple proposal timelines, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with internal review cycles. Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in SAP pre-sales, proposal writing, or solution consulting roles.
Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc.).
Working knowledge of SAP BTP (CAP, RAP, Fiori, Integrations, Extensions).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Familiarity with proposal automation tools and platforms (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications:
SAP certification(s) in S/4HANA or BTP.
Prior experience working with global delivery teams or SI partners.
