Entry Level Internal Auditor

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

· Take count of store inventory- Retail and Cost.

· Compiles and maintains records of counts.

· Compares inventories to Back Office Software

· Communicates findings and recommendations to TIC Manager.

· Identifying the need for improvements or corrections as necessary

· Ensures compliance with audit policies and procedures.

· Evaluate and enhance internal controls to improve operational efficiency.

· Analyze and resolve audit issues in a timely fashion.

· Complete review of Invoices- Completes invoices as needed.

Here are the qualifications we’re looking for:

· Have Excellent verbal, written communication, and follow-through skills.

· Must have great customer service skills.

· Possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, flexibility, thoroughness, confidentiality, and excellent organizational skills.

· Ability to multi-task and handle competing requests and timelines.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

· Flexible team player who can execute quickly within a fast-paced and always changing environment.

· Retail Auditing Experience a plus!

· Travel to our location in Portland Area- Mileage reimbursed.

· Be able to lift 20-45lbs.

· Salary: $19.00 - $21.00 DOE
