Sierra Executive Solutions, Inc. (SES) is a 3rd party search firm recruiting for a client company's Audit Manager for a well known, tenured, reputable, public accounting firm in Reno, NV. The incumbent Audit Partner is retiring soon so this this role is slated for partnership track.

Compensation is competitive and generous, including bank time pay for excess hours; salary depends on experience (DOE) and qualifications. Firm also offers excellent benefits of health insurance, 401k with match in addition to profit sharing retirement plan. Salary budget $100K-$170K, depending on experience and qualifications and compensation history.
Requirements for Audit Manager:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 7 years CPA firm auditing experience required
- CPA active license or CPA candidate required
- GAAP/GAAS knowledgeable
- Ability to work quickly and independently under deadlines
- Cross train ability audit/tax a plus
- Will consider flex/seasonal workload
- Captive insurance industry experience a big plus
