Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Sierra Executive Solutions (SES), a 3rd party search firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior HRBP to join our client's team in Reno, NV. This role will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, aligning HR practices with business objectives to drive organizational success, foster a positive culture, and deliver effective HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnership: Align HR strategies with organizational goals, support workforce planning, and provide counsel to leadership.
- Employee Relations: Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster open communication.
- Performance Management: Drive performance excellence through goal setting, coaching, and development plans.
- Talent Acquisition & Retention: Partner with recruitment to attract, hire, and retain top talent while reducing turnover.
- HR Program Implementation: Lead initiatives on diversity, training, and engagement while evaluating their effectiveness.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Data Analysis: Leverage HR metrics to guide decision-making and identify trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, including 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Certifications: SHRM-SCP or SPHR preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication abilities, with proficiency in HRIS systems and employment law knowledge.
