Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The OTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to assist students in achieving their rehabilitation goals and improving their daily living skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist.
Assist clients with therapeutic exercises, activities of daily living, and adaptive equipment usage.
Monitor and document client progress and report changes to the Occupational Therapist.
Educate clients and their families about treatment plans and strategies for continued improvement.
Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to program development.
