Key Responsibilities:
">- Support the development and implementation of nursing department policies and procedures
- Provide direct supervision and guidance to nursing staff, including coaching and education as needed
- Collaborate with medical providers and program directors to ensure safe patient care and compliance
- Assist with interviewing and onboarding new nursing staff members
- Contribute to chart audits, staffing schedules, and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
">- Associate's degree from an accredited University or School of Nursing
- Current Registered Nursing (RN) License in the State of California for 1 years
- Current TB Test, CPR/First Aid
Preferred Qualifications:

- Supervisory experience
