We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to oversee the work of assigned staff, provide professional development, and implement performance management and conflict resolution procedures when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling, and be licensed as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).
Responsibilities
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, coordinating, and providing direction to assigned staff. You will also perform professional mental health and substance use disorder services with clients in treatment, assess and monitor client progress and behavior, and participate in multidisciplinary treatment planning and aftercare planning. Additionally, you will respond to clinical emergencies and acute client needs, document within the electronic healthcare record, and maintain confidential information in accordance with legal standards and/or County regulations.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $115,000- $150,000, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer 10 days paid vacation, 10 holidays/ 5 sick days per year, medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401K with a company match of up to 3%, and employer-paid life insurance and accidental insurance.
