Job Description

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the work of assigned staff, providing professional development, and implementing performance management procedures when necessary.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, organizing, and coordinating the work of assigned staff
• Providing training in proper work methods and procedures
• Participating in performance evaluations, coaching, and mentoring
• Implementing performance management and conflict resolution procedures

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy, or counseling, and be licensed as a mental health professional regulated by a state board (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC). A valid driver's license and current CPR and First Aid certification are also required.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000-$155,000, plus benefits including:
