Job Description:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT)
- Oversee detoxification processes and ensure medical procedures are followed and documented.
- Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff in delivering patient care.
- Prepare and review medical records, providing nursing care according to physician orders and established standards.
- Administer medications as ordered by the physician, following nursing standards and facility policies.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Current LVN or LPT license.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and email.
- Ability to coordinate with diverse professionals and work at multiple levels.
- Commitment to the philosophy of recovery and respect for clients.
- Excellent customer service and professional attitude.
