Job Description

  • Perform standard assembly, testing and calibration process on Sierra manufactured products
  • Assemble and inspect devices for calibration as they have been trained per SOP
  • Maintain documentation for work orders as required to complete the job.
  • Suggest redline edits for SOP documents as needed to ensure our actual practice on the floor matches our written procedure.
  • Participate in Kaizen events for their area and own 5S for their area.
  • Stop and escalate when procedures are unclear.
  • Experience with ISO / ATEX / LVD standards for CE marked products
  • Degree in science from an accredited university or 3-years work experience in said field
