IT Project Manager – St. Louis, MO – Contract to Hire – Hybrid
You are an experienced project manger with a passion for the power of technology – and when you combine your skills with a mission you believe in…amazing things happen.
We’ve been asked to identify someone that can not only manage in-house technology projects but also help transform enterprise project management practices. You’ll use modern PM tools (Jira, Asana, SmartSheet, etc.) and bring new approaches and ideas to this O365 environment as well. Specific projects will include the replacement of outdated software systems (CRM, Financial, etc.), building a new data architecture, and figuring out a way to leverage enterprise technology into the future.
- This is a contract to hire role, so for the fist 6 months you would be on our payroll, compensated hourly (W2 or 1099 your call). After 6 months you would be given the opportunity to convert to permanent salaried employee on their payroll. The hourly rate and salary will be determined by your experience and expertise – and we know the value of a really good PM.
- Hybrid – Work onsite at their St. Louis (west) HQ for the first few weeks, then create a flexible hybrid on / off site schedule.
- Required - You must currently reside in the St. Louis area and have at least 5 years of enterprise project management experience for SDLC and systems projects. Refined EQ and polished communication skills are necessary, and if you have experience applying your craft in a non-profit, mission driven organization all the better.
