Sierra ITS is hiring a Workstation Engineer for a very long-term (multi-year) contract opportunity working 4 days per week onsite at our client site on the NW side of Chicago (Rosemont / O'Hare area). You'll join a current 4 person team of Workstation Engineers that resolve level II/III IT support tickets (escalated from their ServiceNow-based level I service desk) regarding anything involving the desktop. Windows 10, O365, Win 11, Mac, and more...and they use MS Endpoint Config Manager for deployments, and upgrades. You'll image, deploy, deliver, support, and communicate your way to a long-term career opportunity.
Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, M-F, 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
Pay: $28-32hr W2 (depending on experience), weekly pay, benefits, paid training
To qualify, you must have at least 3 years of corporate IT experience with a focus on hands-on desktop support for hardware and software. You must be able and willing to work onsite, be vaccinated and boosted, and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
