Sierra ITS is hiring a Workstation Engineer for a very longterm (multiyear) contract opportunity working 4 days per week onsite at our client site on the NW side of Chicago (Rosemont / OHare area). Youll join a current 4 person team of Workstation Engineers that resolve level II / III IT support tickets (escalated from their ServiceNowbased level I service desk) regarding anything involving the desktop. Windows 10 O365 Win 11 Mac and more...and they use MS Endpoint Config Manager for deployments and upgrades. Youll image deploy deliver support and communicate your way to a longterm career opportunity.
Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM MF 4 days onsite 1 day remote
Pay : $2832hr W2 (depending on experience) weekly pay benefits paid training
To qualify you must have at least 3 years of corporate IT experience with a focus on handson desktop support for hardware and software. You must be able and willing to work onsite be vaccinated and boosted and able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
