Scope of Position
We are seeking a Marketing/Social Media Coordinator who is creative and detail-oriented to support a wide array of marketing and social media efforts including capturing engaging photo and video content for social media; assist with development and implementation of journalist and influencer visit agendas; support food & beverage marketing including website content development and context updates, menu updates and photography. Support other marketing initiatives as needed.
Position Requirements
- Professional demeanor appropriate for a resort environment.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a marketing or social media coordinator or related experience in a hotel or hospitality related business preferred.
- Experience in social media and content creation.
- Strong photography and videography skills.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite programs (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with photo and video editing software (Adobe, CapCut or similar) a plus.
- Working knowledge of content development and management.
- Exceptional and proven communication and writing capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, time management, organizational
and interpersonal skills. - Strong, positive guest and associate relation skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work with little supervision and be flexible to handle interruptions.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.

Responsibilities

Assist with social media photo/video/content development:
- Capture high-quality photo and video content on-property for use across our social media pages including real-time content as needed.
- Support content shoots off property as needed at partner locations
- Maintain a strong creative vision and ensure content aligns with our brand
- Assist in the development and implementation of media and influencer property visits including processing of final contracts; implementation of customized agendas including securing internal reservations; amenities; distribution of final agenda to key ops; scheduling meet and greets.
- Support food and beverage marketing for all restaurants including menu updates; website updates and new content/ LP development; maintain bi-weekly meeting agenda including notes and follow-up timelines; assist with photography as needed.
- Assist with development of reporting as needed including Stadium Club webstats reporting.
- Any other reasonable job request by your manager.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Digital Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Public Relations or related field and
- 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media Management or Hospitality Marketing
Skills and Abilities
- Able to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
- Able to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends and able to perform multiple tasks.
- Able to work with and understand financial information and data and basic arithmetic functions.
Physical Requirements
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- On a continuous basis, sit at a desk in front of a computer screen; intermittently twist to reach equipment or supplies surrounding the desk; perform simple grasping and fine manipulation; use telephone and computer keyboard on a daily basis.
- Physically fit in order to lift, pull, and push items up to 25 pounds.
- Requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.
