About the Role:
The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) / Corporate Communication Lead (CCL) supports both direct project and corporate activities. As the DPM, this role will support the Program Manager in leading and managing an effort as well as administration of the contract effort. The DPM serves as a primary interface/point of contact with Government program authorities/representatives on technical and program/project issues as well as contract administration issues. Manages and mentor’s contractor personnel program/project operations by developing procedures, planning, directing, and monitoring execution of technical, programmatic, acquisition, financial and administrative support efforts. Manages acquisition and employment of program/project resources and controls financial and administrative aspects of the program/project with respect to contract requirements. As the CCL, this role supports corporate branding, website development and maintenance, marketing material and corporate communications.

Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- DoD Security clearance
- Ten years of professional experience in the Defense acquisition environment
- Ten years of experience in support of Navy acquisition management
- Demonstrated ability to work with large and diverse teams and the ability to effectively provide guidance, direction, and supervision in all areas of the contracted effort such as program management, project management, configuration management and financial management.
- Experience developing strategic communications material like company marketing materials, websites, and internal communications.
Nice to have:
- Experience in developing corporate processes and technical writing.
- Experience in business development in DoD.
- Experience leading proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
