About the Role:
The Web Developer will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and web interfaces that meet our clients' needs. Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver web applications that meet user acceptance criteria. Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality maintainable code. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and standards. Other duties may be assigned.

Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a management, business or related field from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of experience in web development
- Strong expertise in NET Core, C#, and JavaScript for developing dynamic user-friendly web applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Nice to have:
- Master’s degree in a management, business or related field from an accredited college or university
- Experience with Jira, Oracle, SQL, XML, ColdFusion
- Familiar with Agile development practices
- Familiar with version control systems such as Git
- Familiar with the NAVAIR Enterprise environment and have experience/knowledge of Naval Aviation maintenance practices
