Aspen View Mental Health is a private, adult mental health treatment center in Greely, CO offering intensive outpatient levels of mental health care. Our team is passionate about helping those who are struggling to function at home, work, and in the community because of mental health challenges. We seek to create a safe environment where patients are able to connect, learn, and grow, so they can live a meaningful and fulfilling life.
Our model is oriented around intensive group therapy where our patients learn skills, receive psychoeducation, and have an opportunity to process difficult emotional situations in a judgment-free space.
We use evidence-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Gestalt, and more to help restore health and functioning in those that are dealing with mental health conditions. Our patients are assigned an individual therapist to focus on individual goals throughout their stay in the program, as well as have the ability to meet with one of our case managers to tackle additional needs they may have. Most of our clients participate in the program for an average of 10-12 weeks.
Aspen View Mental Health is hiring a Business Development Representative to join our team! This role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential referral sources, generating lasting connections and proactively seeking ways to meet stated goals. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience working independently. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with community providers as well as working closely with our existing Business Development Rep and Admissions Team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieving Census Targets with Integrity
- Contact all local (as defined by leadership) referral opportunities and promulgate business and services.
- Manage client expectations through accurate education of services and processes.
- Create service-oriented presentations for educating community partners and referral sources.
- Execute census objectives via phone, personal, email or other electronic contact methods.
- Manage client accounts with feedback, recording, reporting and timeliness.
- Search, locate, contact and follow-up with new contact/referral leads.
- Attend and complete business and one-on-one meetings with prospective referral sources, business managers, office managers, business owners, medical providers and/or clients.
- Appointment scheduling, preparation, and presentation to clients
- Generate new leads to create more repeat referral sources to increase revenue.
- Networking with hospitals, psychiatrists, therapists, and treatment centers.
- Contact potential referral sources through cold calls and emails.
- Present our company to potential referral sources.
- Build Relationships with treatment centers.
- Identify referent needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Build long-term trusting relationships with referral sources.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and leadership.
- Present the company at sponsored events.
- CRM management and usage.
SKILLS
Interpersonal Communication
- Motivate team members to exceed expected goals.
- Works closely with the designated clinicians and program leads to strategize more effective program dissemination methods.
- Build trust through honest communication and delivering accurate throughput processes to ensure long-term relationships with clients/customers.

- Cultivate positive interactions/relationships with client representatives, team leaders, managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results.

Administrative
- Maintain and deliver BD material for the greatest possible business and service exposure to the community.
- Maintain consistent, timely and responsive communication methods with company leadership and lead sources.
- Maintain positive and professional attitude and demeanor in all interactions with team members, leadership, lead sources and prospective/current clients.
- Order and track new, approved BD material for field dissemination.
- Manage records of referrals, contacts, and follow-up processes.
- Input all referral contacts (new and existing) for the week in the CRM by the end of day, each Friday. Schedule tasks follow up for each contact made.
- CRM management and usage. Analyze referral and admissions data and develop strategic marketing plans based on current and historical data.
Strategic
- Research market and industry trends to provide future strategy, planning, action, and execution for business growth.
- Identify services that would appeal to the community and potential new clients.
- Provide consistent feedback on client engagement and action planning for follow-up.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Obtain a health clearance form from a medical provider.
- Obtain a negative tuberculosis screening.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Ability to lift/carry 20 pounds.
- Ability to engage in frequent computer work.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and must be able to drive long distances.
- Must be able to walk, sit or stand for long periods of time.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- BS degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field.
